Harrison is a compassionate and dedicated psychologist specializing in an open conversation between therapist and client. With a deep understanding of the complexities of emotions and how they can take hold of our daily lives, Harrison empowers his clients to untangle the barriers that prevent them from experiencing joy and fulfillment. Harrison creates a safe and supportive environment where individuals can explore their emotions without judgment. He is passionate about supporting clients through Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to develop self-awareness and introspection as essential tools for personal growth and transformation.

In addition to individual therapy, and adult ADHD assessments, Harrison offers psychoeducational assessments to provide clients with valuable insights into their unique needs and strengths. By understanding their cognitive and emotional functioning on a deeper level, individuals can make informed decisions and develop effective strategies to overcome challenges at any age.

Harrison is a high level para athlete and enjoys competing in para field events including seated shot put and seated javelin. He competed at the Para Pan American Games in Lima Peru with Team Canada in 2019. He has a special interest in high performance sports athletes and strategies through therapy to support strong mental health for athletes at this level to perform to their fullest capacity and carry the joy with them.
